Chartwell Learning and Development began life as an educational publishing company but over recent years have moved into holding courses aimed at delivering positive and profound change in the individuals, teams and companies they work with. The company’s flagship programme is called Positive Power and Influence, this course teaches individuals influence skills to help them to achieve their objectives irrespective of their position in an organisation.

Wheel was firstly asked to create a new logo and brand overhaul for Chartwell Learning and Development, we created a marque based on 4 open books which create a star shape as a nod to their publishing beginnings with a modern typeface and new teal blue colourway.

Chartwell were so pleased with their new brand that they asked Wheel to rebrand their Positive Power and Influence programme to fit in with the new Chartwell brand.

Wheel created a ‘reverse’ plus marque which incorporates arrows to illustrate Chartwell’s dynamic edge.

The brand uses the Chartwell blue to tie in with the main logo and has been applied to many items including letterheads, brochures, notebooks, pens, lanyards, t-shirts and workshop banners.
